If online gambling is prohibited or restricted where you are located, you must not use this platform.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on s9gam. Creating duplicate accounts, or accessing the platform through another person's Account, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. Providing false details, including a false name, date of birth, or contact information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. s9gam will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify s9gam support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. s9gam is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account as originating from you unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. s9gam may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after providing advance notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after 24 months of inactivity.
4.1 Accepted Methods. s9gam accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by s9gam; however, individual payment channel limits may apply based on your mobile wallet or bank account settings.
4.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your s9gam balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile payment. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are credited within one to three business hours subject to bank processing schedules.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits made from payment instruments belonging to a third party will be voided and may trigger an account investigation.
4.5 No Fees. s9gam does not charge deposit fees on JazzCash and Easypaisa channels. Bank transfer and card transactions may incur fees imposed by your financial institution, for which s9gam accepts no responsibility.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your s9gam Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
5.2 Verification. s9gam may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Requested documentation may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of residential address. Failure to provide documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of the withdrawal request.
5.3 Processing Times. Verified accounts receive JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. s9gam is not responsible for delays attributable to the User's financial institution.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on s9gam are subject to individual eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements, applicable game contributions, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry periods are disclosed in the specific promotion terms. It is the User's responsibility to read these terms before claiming a bonus.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Each household address, device, IP address, and payment method may only qualify for a promotional offer once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will result in cancellation of the duplicate bonus and may result in account suspension.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. s9gam reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect any bonus already validly claimed and currently active in a User's account.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on s9gam sports markets are subject to acceptance. s9gam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets subject to irregular activity or where a manifest error has occurred in the published odds.
7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. s9gam may apply individual account limits where betting patterns suggest professional activity or use of prohibited betting strategies.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided if an event is abandoned, postponed indefinitely, or if the market is cancelled due to technical error. Voided bets are refunded to the User's s9gam balance at stake value.
7.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. For cricket markets including PSL, match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time a suspension or abandonment is declared. 8.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games offered through s9gam use algorithms independently certified for fairness. s9gam does not alter game outcomes after play has commenced. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.
8.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live game are those of the individual provider and are displayed within the game interface. s9gam's role is that of platform operator; the studio provider determines game outcomes.
8.3 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game, s9gam's system will record the state of play at the point of disconnection. Bets already committed will be settled according to the game outcome. s9gam is not liable for losses attributable to the User's internet connection.

11.3 s9gam's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
